The mat delivers consistent results and feels very professional grade. Both wavelengths seem to work well and the coverage is impressive. Takes a few minutes to warm up but that's expected. Would recommend to anyone looking for at-home light therapy options.

Really nice mat with solid construction. The red lights are bright and even across the surface. Only reason for 4 stars is that it's quite large when fully laid out, so you need dedicated space. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.
